Ceci permet une gestion proactive, cibl\u00e9e et p\u00e9renne ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement du capital humain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Human Capital Excellence<\/strong> est de ce fait une perspective visionnaire par laquelle le capital humain de m\u00eame que l\u2019entreprise\u00a0 sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans un processus d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue visant vous devez ma\u00eetriser<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au niveau du <strong>savoir<\/strong>, il s\u2019agit de concr\u00e9tiser et de d\u00e9velopper les <strong>comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les quatre risques suivants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le <strong>management des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> (mod\u00e8le de comp\u00e9tences int\u00e9gratif\u00a0 inexistant) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gfo.ch\/wp2016\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Savoir.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[81]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-1501 alignright\" que<\/li>\n<li>le risque <strong>d\u2019adaptation<\/strong> (baisse de l\u2019employabilit\u00e9).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au niveau du <strong>pouvoir<\/strong>, il s\u2019agit d\u2019optimiser les conditions cadres respectivement des <strong>facilitateurs<\/strong> <strong>(\u00abenabler\u00bb)<\/strong>, afin de contrer les trois risques suivants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le <strong>risque de culture d\u2019entreprise<\/strong>\u00a0 (climat de travail d\u00e9favorable et tensions <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gfo.ch\/wp2016\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Pouvoir.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[81]\"><img qu\u2019isol\u00e9s et non-orient\u00e9s vers les clients).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au niveau du <strong>vouloir<\/strong>, il s\u2019agit d\u2019optimiser le <strong>\u00abcommitment\u00bb<\/strong>, afin de contrer les trois risques suivants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le <strong>risque \u00absant\u00e9\u00bb<\/strong> (manque d\u2019aptitude au travail et conditions de travail des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gfo.ch\/wp2016\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Vouloir.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[81]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-1503 alignright\"
